What’s up besties
Did you think we were done??
AS IF
(JK we also kinda thought that we were done so like it’s so valid if you did too)
But guess what, we have some updates to share with you all!
So, we thought that when we got back from the trip, we were done, and that it was really just our one month of fun.
Well, the shenanigans continue
The school, (more importantly our boss man Kevin), has decided that our art is worth something (shocking???) and was like
“Yes, let’s frame it and put it up in a place that people will probably look at it”
And we were like
Excuse me?
Why would you do that most of it is BLURRY??
but that’s what they did.
Much thanks to all of the people who assisted in making those things happen. The people that we’d love to send a special shout out to are the wonderful Kevin Remington, President’s office, the Kings, Professor Andrea Lepage and Professor Clover Archer. We truly and wholeheartedly appreciate all of the help and support that every single one of these people has given us.
So, we were all excited that these pictures of ours (six of Jess’s and six of Elena’s) were going to get printed and framed and hung in the library at our school. Right? So cool. We were expecting small, cuz obviously that’s just what we were expecting.
So Kevin delivers the frames to Elena’s school house so that we can build them and feel like we’ve accomplished something. Super cool.
The frames were so fun to build, but they were so stabby.
Once those were built (after a few casualties…)
We got to put the pictures inside! And boy are they pretty when they’re big 🥺
It was kind of an emotional moment for the two of us
Putting them up in the library was its own set of challenges
We had to find the person who could give up the hooks and stuff
Then
We had to hang everything and make sure it was all straight and everything, which was super super wild and crazy. But we had fun
And then, just like that, it was done. (After a few incidents of Elena almost falling off the ladder a few times, we managed to hang everything straight)
But then that wasn’t the end of it
We found out that it wasn’t just like, a one semester, limited edition thing
You know? Like the Eddie Munson Funko.
